About Us
About Urgent Care Omaha
We are an independent, locally-owned group of five urgent care clinics in the Omaha metropolitan area. Our five clinics Bellevue Urgent Care (since 2009), Bennington Urgent Care (Opened in 2024 – newest location), Crossroads Urgent Care (since 2016), Rockbrook Urgent Care (since 2011), and West Omaha Urgent Care (since 2022). Each clinic started out as a separate entity, and then united as a common group known as the “Urgent Care Network of Omaha”. In 2019, we shortened our name to “Urgent Care Omaha.”
The focus of Urgent Care Omaha is to take care of the issues that aren’t extreme, but still do need medical help. We treat urgent minor illnesses like the flu, infections, fevers, nausea, stomach aches, etc. Also, we treat minor injuries such as sprains, possible broken bones, lacerations, sports injuries, etc. We also provide occupational health services like work comp care, pre-employment physicals, drug screens, etc. More details are available on our services page.
We provide medical care that fits your schedule, whether you have a regular doctor or not. We encourage everyone to have a primary care physician for their ongoing medical needs. Sometimes, however, we know that primary care doctors are not available on evenings and weekends, or their schedule is full. That’s when we can provide prompt attention to your acute medical issues. We will forward your medical record from your urgent care visit to your primary doctor, upon your request.

3
Urgent Care Omaha is NOT an emergency room. Severe or life-threatening conditions such as profuse bleeding, possible heart attack or stroke, poisoning, unconscious patients, etc, need to go to a hospital emergency room. Our mission is to provide prompt, personal, and professional care for issues that aren’t extreme, but still do need medical attention.
4
We can also partner with businesses to provide occupational health services. We offer worker compensation care, work physicals, drug screens, etc, to help keep a healthy workforce.
5
Walk-in Urgent Care Omaha accepts most major insurance, but patients need to have their insurance card and photo ID at time of service. We encourage patients to call the 800- number on their card to ensure we are in-network with your specific plan. Patients are responsible for paying their co-pay (if applicable) when they come in, and any balance will be billed to you after your claim is processed. Omaha Urgent Care can treat patients who don’t have insurance. Patients required to pay the office visit charge of $155 before being seen. Any further charges (such as testing, x-rays, or medications) will be charged at the end of the visit.
In some cases, further charges from an outside lab might be necessary These charges would be separate and would come from the lab directly.
7
We have computerized x-ray machines and other equipment at each clinic to help in the diagnosis of broken bones and other internal conditions. All x-rays are overread by a radiologist for confirmation.
8
Our walk-in clinics have on-site labs for processing blood and body fluids testing. For those we can’t process in-house, we use a local laboratory to do the testing.
9
At Urgent Care Omaha, we provide urine drug screen testing for personal and business usage. We use Clear Rapids for our in-house screening and Physicians Lab for verifications. Due to federal regulations, we stop doing drug screens three hours before closing time.

When my sister came in with a staph infection, Michelle and Bridget at the front desk were exceptional. They were not only incredibly informative and helpful, but also guided us through our insurance questions. They even recommended a pharmacy that was still open, ensuring we got our antibiotics without having to wait until the next day. Impressive service!
William Gockel-Figge

Was in and out quickly going early. They were transparent about billing practices and guided me to make the best decision without deciding for me.
I have a pretty obvious sinus infection and they were friendly about keeping my costs low while still giving me a prescription and sample for my sinuses. I know they probably can’t always do it but on self pay it was appreciated.
